How do we work?

You are here because whatever you have been doing doesn't work or stopped working (and it must have been hard work to hang there). You are stuck and repeating the same things you have been doing, even if you work harder, it won't bring any results.

The key is that it is not hard, you don't have to make a lot of effort to stay energized throughout the day. No more afternoon crushes and evening snacking which are out of your control. It is not a question of willpower. You have been trying to override your metabolism and nervous system, and guess what. It is not possible. It does not work like that.

You can sustain simple eating habits without being worried if you have eaten too much or not enough. Trust yourself and let the food 'self-portion' itself. You can do this.

Brain fog? That will go away, you will feel the difference in your moods and ability to focus.

12 weeks. Give her 12 weeks and she will give you... Well, anything. Weight loss? Sure. New relationship with food? Yes. Joint pain? Gone. Energy? Up to the roof (I´ve got two little kids, really, got enough energy for them). Better health? Probably, my husband and his mother came off their meds for high blood pressure and their BP is great. Hungry? Never. Counting calories? Hell no! Eating great food I like and enjoying it? Hell yes! Does it mean I will never have sweets again?
