Hi, I am Andrea. I am a certified Primal Health Coach. I help women in their 30s, 40s and beyond who got stuck with a few kilograms of weight and lifestyle they don't want anymore.

I have been there (where you are probably now) too and accepted all this as an inevitable sign of aging (being 27, hey, how crazy is that!). In 2013 I accidentally found out that eating 5 times a day and ingesting 300 g carbs a day wasn’t doing me any good. I cut it out and kept going for a few years because my body loved it and it felt great. I never really understood what happens in the body though.

In 2019, after a year of working night shifts, I realised I was feeding myself with crap again and my weight creeped up. I started having migraines which would knock me down for a whole day. I stopped running and cycling because I was too tired to do anything, although I was missing it and not exercising made me feel worse. A typical vicious circle which is hard to get out of. None of my jeans and dresses fitted. I was getting colds, joint pains, nothing seemed to heal well, my skin was dry… I could go on and on.

It was only when I found Primal Health Coach Institute and learnt stuff they never told us during biology lessons. The power of education. Then I looked around and saw nearly everyone is struggling and not knowing what to eat, although it is (should be) such a natural thing!

Here I am, determined to keep the message going and showing the way to find balance and happiness.

June 2019. Metabolically unhealthy, weight was creeping up since 2017 and went from 62 kilograms to 70.

I completely lost will and energy to do any sports I used to love and was just surviving between work and home.

November 2023. Fat-adapted with flexible metabolism, went back to running and cycling.

I found motivation to finally learn to swim front crawl because I decided to start doing triathlons.
