Why am I here and why are you here?
You have had some excessive weight hanging around you and it seems it won’t go anywhere no matter what you do. And you do all the right things! You count calories, track your steps, eat smaller portions, eat lots of fibre but there is a growing pile of your clothes which doesn’t fit anymore. Mood swings and fatigue come as unwanted afternoon visitors. And yes, you do exercise and sweat in the gym because that helps with weight loss, doesn’t it.
Look, you are not lazy, genetically unlucky and cursed or lacking willpower. You are here and reading this because you have been looking for a solution. You are doing something that doesn’t work, and you are not getting anywhere, only watching how things are getting worse.
I want you to forget all stuff you have ever been told about diets, losing weight, maintaining weight and fitness. Start from ground zero, free your mind from overthinking what you eat and being worried about your food.
It is your metabolism that needs attention. I do not sell miraculous quick fat loss, supplements or milkshakes. You are getting knowledge which will stay with you forever. You will learn to utilize the knowledge and use it to make behavioral changes in your life.
I don’t want you to come back after a few months, having to sign up again and spending the money on another endless program limiting your life. Do this once and properly, finally understand how to live comfortably in your own body.
You will switch from “I can’t have” to “I don't need” mindset. Find foods that are supportive for you and enjoy your new lifestyle. Sustainable lifestyle you have been looking for all your life. You won’t let yourself go back to feeling sluggish, moody, having to give up on your favourite clothes again.
